In 2009, R3D was awarded third place in the Défi Meilleurs Employeurs (Best Employer Challenge) in the Small Business category. Its overall score was above the results of all candidates presented. In 2011, the firm has learned with pride that it ranked second, but this time in the higher Medium Business category. This annual exercise has become a practical tool for measurement and continuous improvement of its HR practices.

R3D employs close to 250 professionals to which are added about 200 subcontractors to provide customized leading-edge services to its clientele.
