Key assets and bodies of knowledgeThe three expertises of R3D: knowledge, know-how and people skillsThe expertise of our staff, the attention that each one gives to our clientele and their ability to constantly adapt and innovate ensures that R3D continues to grow, mainly thanks to a judicious combination of knowledge, know-how and self-management. These three dimensions, ever present and constantly evolving, drive the creation of new concepts and help grow R3D’s collective assets. Knowledge R3D’s bodies of knowledge and professional practices rely on the understanding of concepts and standards established by recognized, independent international organizations. Examples of these organizations are CMM, CSI, ISO, ITIL PMI, SEI, SAP, etc., each of whom are esteemed authorities in their respective fields. Our bodies of knowledge are constantly being developed whether through ongoing R&D, field experience or through R3D’s communities of practice which are always kept up to date with the latest advances in standards. Our bodies of knowledge support all client engagement and apply to business program management, project management and information technology management. Expertise R3D draws on both individual capabilities and the collective, and highly diversified expertise of its consultants, who together have on average of over 20 years of experience each. This expertise is acquired in the field while applying industry best practices and standards. The experience gained is shared amongst R3D’s consultants, complementing each consultant own training and experience. R3D’s bodies of knowledge are continually being improved by this shared expertise, thereby guaranteeing the highest level of proficiency in the marketplace. Each of R3D’s consultants considers the company’s bodies of knowledge and expertise to be a resource they can constantly draw on to remain at the cutting edge of the latest developments in business program management, project management and information technology management. People skills R3D defines people skills as a set of moral and ethical values and qualities such as professionalism, and the skills of effective communication and positive negotiation in a variety of environments and contexts. R3D prides itself in the adaptability and flexibility of its consultants enabling them to be successful in the engagements entrusted to them. While R3D maintains a culture that focuses on the culture of business, it is our collection of and strength in people skills that sets us above the competition.
