The Business Analyst/Change Management Specialist will support the HITS eHealth Office Program in the advancement of regional eHealth solutions. The incumbent will liaise among stakeholders, business partners, vendors, and the HITS eHealth Office to understand, analyze, and facilitate business needs, requirements, and impacts of business changes as a result of eHealth initiatives, operational changes, compliance requirements, client needs, and technology or operational improvements.   Change management, training and adoption activities related to the deployment and utilization of regional eHealth solutions that are being deployed in a wide cross-section of healthcare organizations across the LHIN are also a key aspect of this position.   Development of and adherence to deployment schedules based on pre-defined targets and project plans, ensuring on time delivery of required project deliverables.

R3D Consulting is seeking an accomplished and professional Application Architect who can undertake a comprehensive Public Sector architecture needs assessment. This contract role will run from early Dec 2017 until April 2018.
  • Provide professional application architecture expertise, and undertake comprehensive architecture needs assessments and complex reviews in support of systems/infrastructure needs for Ontario Provincial Service (OPS) clients (i.e. I&IT clusters, their clients and enterprise I&IT organizations).
  • To prepare and advise on application architecture policies, standards, processes and controls.

  • Current success as an Apriso consultant with hands experience with Apriso functionalities and modules; and
  • Experience with MES systems and a background in Engineering and/or Process Control would be real assets
The successful candidate could live anywhere in the United States, Canada or Mexico, although preference will be given to candidates in the Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana areas. Apriso Practice Lead
Come help us build our new Apriso practice. We are about to be named an Apriso Partner and we have a major new project ready to go. You will be our Lead and Subject Matter Expert and will have the guiding hand in building and growing your team!
R3D Consulting is seeking an experienced Apriso professional to join us as our Apriso Practice Lead and Subject Matter Expert. Your strong technical and manufacturing background, management skills and industry knowledge, will enable to help grow and develop our new Apriso practice. With your deep background you will help source and deliver complex technical solutions, including Pre-Sales activities, proposals, presentations and other business development activities.  As we are on our way to becoming an Apriso Partner you will be our Subject Matter Expert, especially in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. You will be an organized, energetic, and technically astute professional with demonstrated experience and a successful track-record in managing full-life cycle, enterprise level projects.     To be considered for this role you background should include all or most of the following:
  • Strong IT consulting experience, especially at the enterprise level, with Fortune 500 automotive and manufacturing companies
  • A minimum of 12 years of industry experience with at least 3 Apriso implementations and a strong background in Project Management and Delivery and the ability and desire to lead and grow an Apriso consulting practice
  • Current success as an Apriso SME with hands experience with Apriso functionalities
  • Strong pre-sales and business case development experience
  • MBA or Master’s degree with a concentration in Information Technology or Engineering (with specialization in manufacturing execution systems).
